A new template package for pLog 1.0 named "LiteWinter".
The design concept was from a xoop theme that I saw before. (But I forgot the site's name.)Maybe someone can give me a sign if you know the real name of the template.

新設計一個模版給pLog1.0使用。
整個畫面設計概念來自某個(因為忘了在那看到的XD)XOOP網站，因為當時只是看過去覺得畫面不錯，所以並沒有注意到這個版型是不是某個XOOP的佈景主題，如果有人知道的話就告訴我一下囉 ^_^。

如果使用後有那些問題請利用迴響告訴我囉^_^等我有空在做一個整合常用外掛進去的版本，或是自行整合也是可以的。

有一個部份語法有錯誤因此include不出檔頭

漏掉的"{"是在posttracks.template中。
已經更新下載檔案內容了。
並到官方網站中回報bug，也把正確檔案更新到bug中，應該馬上會更到官方下載連結中。
